Classes

Each class includes warm-up, breathing, creative movement, modified yoga postures, and cool-down.
Using the fundamentals of yoga and dance, students:

  • Develop creative, improvisational, and collaborative skills
  • Build strength, flexibility, and balance into their physical and personal lives
  • Learn healthy practices and self-care

What:  Teacher Training
When:  Feb 19, 10 am – 3 pm.
Where:  Yoga Center of Minneapolis
Who:   If you work with youth or special needs — this is for you.  Minimal knowlege of yoga required.  
It is more important that you understand children and their abilities.  This would be great
for coaches, teachers, pediatric nurses, occupational therapists and more.

Mentorship program for interested teachers also available.

Also Available:
Private or semi private classes in your home or at Made to Move site.
Any age from 3 – 18 or differently challenged adult.  This is particularly helpful for children needing aid
for anxiety and /or  pain management, self-regulation or self image and self esteem issues. 
This is meant as an adjunct therapy — it is not to be used in place of medical therapy or intervention.
